We use couriers to delivery all of our orders.
Your furniture will arrive on a pallet and is delivered to your door. This is the most cost effective way for us to deliver to you. Please note if you live in a flat, the pallet will be delivered to the outside of your building – groubnd level – if you need help getting furniture upstairs to your flat or to a room of your choice, please choose our white glove servioe.
Our most popular delivery service is our ‘white glove service’ – for only £75 (UK mainland only)- please contact us for details – the service includes your furniture being taken to a room of your choice.

If you require a ‘white glove’ service, which includes your items being taken into your home please contact us for a quote.
If you miss a delivery, we or our carriers will try to contact you. We will however have to pass on any additional costs incurred by us.
