Q: Can I return/exchange an item?
A: We do not refund bespoke items as these are made especially for you. Kitchens are also classed as bespoke as they are made to your specifications.
Please also note that matresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned.
Should you wish to return an item for whatever reason, we are happy to offer an item exchange or full refund for items returned unworn and unwashed in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery, we will not refund the delivery cost you were charged at the time of originally paying for the item/s.
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will meet the cost of return and we will replace or exchange such goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods plus the delivery charge. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights which you have as a consumer.
Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging.
Please include details of the reason for the return, including full description of any faults or errors. This will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly.

Please note that, unless the Goods which you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
To return the product(s) please email us and quote your order number and address and reason for returning the product.
When product(s) are returned to Company and checked over then refunds/replacements can proceed.
Postage & Packaging costs can not be refunded only the product cost.
Please note we do not offer refunds for items purchased in our shop, we are happy to exchange the item or offer a credit note.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can either pay online with paypal, send a cheque or postal order to us or we can provide details for you to do a bank transfer.

Please note we use couriers who use a pallet service. This is the cheapest way of getting furniutre to our customers. They will only deliver to your door. if you require the item to be placed in the room of your choice, or unwrapped please contact us for prices.
Q: What if I miss my delivery?
A: We or our carriers will try to contact you, we will however have to pass on any additional costs incurred by us.
Q: My furniture has arrived damaged what should I do?
A: When goods are delivered, please check them carefully. If the goods are in good condition, please sign “received in good condition” accordingly. If however, there are any signs of damage, please CLEARLY mark the delivery note accordingly. If this is not done correctly, it can affect the claim with our carriers. At this stage we reserve the right to offer a part refund for the damage, or to repair the item, or to replace the damaged item with a good one, or to issue a refund for the item.
